TSIC

To discuss the current issues faced by E-Cells across the state and provide solutions and direction, we were invited to the Telangana State Innovation Cell meeting with several E-Cells from in and around Hyderabad. At the meeting where E-Cells were requested to share their activities, events, and problems.

Being the fastest-growing and most promising E-Cell at the time, we were informally given responsibility for directing the process by holding the upcoming TSIC Meet at Mahindra Ecole Centrale (now Mahindra University). This meeting was later rescheduled at a later time due to logistical issues and time conflicts. Due to logistical issues and time conflicts the meeting was later rescheduled at the TSIC venue in early August 2019.

T-HUB

To instil the entrepreneurial spirit in the students and sustain their excitement, an industrial visit to T-Hub was organised mid-October, 2019 where students got to experience the work ethic of the Start-up ecosystem. Students interacted with various visionaries at T-Hub and witnessed their speeches regarding their mission and helped students gain a deeper understanding of their entrepreneurial culture

Glaspac

EIC’s first industrial visit was under the guidance of Dr. Rajkumar Phatate during which we took a group of 30 students to AGI Glaspac. During the initial 30 minutes of the visit, we were given information on the company’s origin and history, as well as its financial and technical resources. After that, the factory manager took us on a tour of the facility while demonstrating the assembly line and explaining how the bottle moulds are created. We were given a tour of the equipment, labour, and full process involved in producing a glass bottle. Additionally, the full packaging and transportation system was demonstrated to us, and then we had a delicious meal there and ended the trip with a group picture.
