Our Programs
Incubation Program: The incubation program at AIC Mahindra is an 18-month equity-based semi-structured program focusing extensively on personalized mentoring, building GTM strategy, funding readiness training, investor connect, and seed funding. Startups with a validated problem and PoC are eligible to apply. The selection of startups for the incubation program is made by a panel of experts that includes serial entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and startup stakeholders. Based on the performance in the first three months after incubation, high-potential startups with dedicated teams may be recommended to the incubator’s seed funding committee to be considered for seed funding. Interested startups can apply here
Pre-Incubation Program: For startups still at the idea stage or working towards their PoC, AIC Mahindra offers a structured pre-incubation program of 10 to 12 weeks in hybrid mode. Selected startups attend an in-person boot camp at the incubator, followed by 10 weeks of virtual training sessions and mentoring. The program concludes with a pitch day where the startups pitch to a panel of experts, mentors, and investors. Based on the performance on the pitch day, some selected startups are offered an invitation to join our incubation program. We have conducted two cohorts of the incubation program so far and have had participants from various parts of the country. Interested startups can apply here
Eureka Evenings: Eureka Evenings is a monthly pitching event for Mahindra University students to provide a supportive environment fostering a culture of innovation among students and helping them validate their ideas with feedback and guidance. Students who have some idea they want to work on with the intent of converting it into a startup are invited to pitch to a panel of AIC team members. Selected students are then provided handholding and mentorship, as well as office space to help them take the idea to the next stage where they can be onboarded either for pre-incubation or incubation program. Interested students can submit their ideas here
