Dr. Shivdasini S Amin, MCC (ICF) is a Professor at Mahindra University- School of Law. She has been conferred the award of Global Top 100 Exemplary Coaching Leaders,2024 and 100 Most Influential Coaching Leaders (India Listing), 2023. She is a Master Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation and has her Professional Certified Power Coach certification from Coaching and Leadership International Inc.
With 29+ years of diverse experience in corporate and academic leadership roles, She brings contextual knowledge of Leadership, Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Organizational Behavior together with Change Management across various industries. She seeks to discover, grow and nurture human potential, to augment talent through inner examination of beliefs, patterns and emotions while being involved with life. An OD partner, who has shaped high-performing organizations with progressive talent practices, prolific communication, and robust L&D programs. At Mahindra University she facilitates courses of Organizational Behaviour, Consumer Behaviour, Strategic Management, Business Communication, Critical Thinking, Communication for Educators, Economics and Risk Management.
Before this she was an Associate Professor at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and has facilitated courses in the area of General Management, Strategic Management, Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Group Dynamics, Managing Work Organization and Human Resource Management. Dr. Shivdasini has corporate experience in the sector of Logistics, Community Welfare and in the area of Education Management. She is a motivational speaker and resource person for MDP programs in the area of Coaching, Leadership, Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, Creativity & Innovation and on issues of Culture and Change.

- Successfully led and placed 87% of candidates in the PGDM programme with an average salary of over 3.20 lakhs per annum which increased by 40% from the previous year.
- Achieved 85% overall placements for all courses. (PGDM, PGDM-IB, PGDM-CRM) in a short span of 7 months.
- Placed 65% students in SIP through campus and around 35 of them with an average stipend of Rs 4500/-
- Successfully placed all scholars across programs for SIP programme.
- A total number of over 80 companies visited the campus this year, both for On-campus and Off-campus recruitment process including employer brands like TCS, Nestle, HCL technologies, Deloitte, Geodis, KPMG, Accenture, Copal Partners, C-vent, Amadeus, Havells, Wipro, HSBC, Hyundai Motors etc

- Conducted five capsules of spoken English and Personality Development classes of three months each for AWWA Pulgaon.
- Counseling of teenagers at CAD counseling center: Counseled teenagers on careers and sensitive issues as AIDS. Family counseling as and when issues were brought to AWWA
- Looking after Welfare activities of over 250 families of Jawans stationed in Pulgaon camp wherein we trained wives of soldiers in various areas of their interest viz., Beautician’s course, Tailoring course, Baking course, Embroidery course, Spoken English course and basic Computer course.
- Organizing fairs to sell the products made in the above programs and holding events on a monthly basis to foster interaction between families at the station.

- All HRM functions for the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerela with over 50 branches were under the purview of the Region head. Designed and introduced a portfolio of development courses, including customer care, sales and territory planning, cross-selling, lead general and sales presentation skills.
- Developed customized training modules to meet specific local needs in maintaining accounts, bills etc.
- Designed and implemented training courses for assessors, specifically supervisors and above.
- Established training as a key strategic activity and as a vehicle for cultural and organizational change.
- Developed a new approach to management training, employed TA and other techniques, using cost-effective avenues, delivering a series of 3-day workshops to all managerial staff including senior managers and directors.
