Placement of Batch 2023
In the present global environment, the companies are looking at the freshers with specific tech skills in the cutting-edge technologies, who could be onboarded from the time of the joining. The Corporate Relations team at Mahindra University sets forth the necessary wherewithal for accomplishing the career aspirations of the students through training and awareness sessions designed specifically for career prospects.
 Mahindra University is a preferred campus for both the Indian and international recruiters for hiring fresh graduates across various industry verticals like IT/ITES, Business Consulting and Analytics, Engineering and Technology, R&D, Start-ups, Telecom., Edu Tech., Fin. Tech., etc. A series of focused and periodic training sessions go on to groom the students to face employers in a competitive-campus-hiring environment through various preparatory measures.
 Our maiden batch under the umbrella of Mahindra University has passed out last year. We had conducted the campus process for more than 125 companies through an on-campus & off-campus for full time and internship process and selected nearly 90% of the interested and eligible students. Last year, there is an addition of 45+ organizations over a plethora of sectors which are invited to our campus for recruitment.

Today’s global environment provides opportunities to young minds after graduation than ever before. Placement team at Mahindra University gives the students necessary wherewithal for accomplishing their career aspirations. It works in unison throughout the year so as to enable the students make informed decisions pertaining their career.
Mahindra University is a preferred choice for both Indian and International recruiters across various industry verticals from IT & Software, Consulting and Analytics, Engineering and Technology, R&D, Startups, Think Tanks, Financials etc for hiring. Students learn to face employers in a competitive campus hiring environment and are prepped for the same through various initiatives like workshops and preparatory sessions.
Over the period of 5 batches, more than 200 recruiters have participated in on-campus & off-campus for full time and internship processes and selected 90% of the interested and eligible students. There is an addition of 35+ organisations every year over a plethora of sectors who are invited to our campus for recruitment.

Our 4th batch, 2017-21 participated in the virtual campus recruitment with an excellent start, attracting a wide range of recruiters both Indian and International, across the sectors. More than 45 recruiters have conducted virtual campus, off campus and internship process and selected above 90% of the interested and eligible students.
