Building India’s next generation of entrepreneurs through education, culture, incubation, and ecosystem.
The Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at Mahindra University fosters an interdisciplinary entrepreneurial ecosystem that empowers students to turn ideas into impactful ventures. By combining academic learning with hands-on experience, CEI supports venture creation through mentorship, industry networks, investor access, seed funding, and strategic partnerships—helping start-ups grow into sustainable, scalable businesses.
“CEI creates pathways to entrepreneurship by providing the skills, tools, and the enterprising mindset among students and faculty — solving complex challenges facing society.”

All programmes, initiatives, and strategic investments at CEI are thoughtfully structured around four interdependent pillars, each reinforcing and amplifying the others to create a cohesive, integrated, and self-sustaining entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Empowering students to think, create, and lead.
Established in 2018, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell (E-Cell) is Mahindra University’s student-led platform for building entrepreneurial culture on campus. It brings students together through hackathons, ideation challenges, and the annual Entrepx summit.
With a community of over 250 members, the E-Cell connects students to national and global innovation ecosystems, including the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and the Babson Collaborative.

AIC Mahindra e-Hub Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit company and an Atal Incubation Centre supported by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India. It has been established by Mahindra University to support early-stage startups, entrepreneurs and innovators in building products, validating business models and creating ventures that can reach the market.
