Dr. Bishnu Pal has been elected for the Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI)

Dr. Bishnu Pal, Professor and Dean of Academics at Mahindra University, has been elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI), the country’s oldest science academy, established in 1930 by a group of world-famous scientists led by Prof. Meghnad Saha, FRS as the Founder President.
This honor, recognizing Dr. Pal’s contributions to Guided-wave Optics, Optical Communication, Mid-IR and THz Photonics, and Guided-wave Optical Sensors, aligns him with the nation’s leading scientists and innovators.
