Pradeep Racherla

Dr. Racherla is a Professor of Marketing and Head of the Department (Digital Technologies) at Mahindra University School of Management. He is a digital Transformation/Strategy consultant and trainer, and worked with several multi-national firms and start-ups in India and the United States.

Dr. Racherla is an empaneled ‘Visiting Professor’ for EMBA and Executive Education programs at Indian School of Business, XLRI, SPJain Global (Dubai & Singapore), and Greatlakes Institute of Management. He worked with SPJain Global to design a ‘Digital Marketing and Metrics’ PG Program that was launched in Mumbai and subsequently, Dubai.

Till 2015, he was the Director of Post-Graduate Programs at Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad. Prior to joining Woxsen, he was the Gene Edwards Professor of Banking and Assistant Professor of Marketing at West Texas A&M University.

He received several awards and honors for his research and teaching. His 2015 research article was recognized as one of the Top 50 most downloaded and cited works across 500 business journals in the world (Emerald Citation of Excellence). In 2010 and 2011, he received the West Texas A&M University Research excellence award and the Texas A&M system teaching excellence award. Other awards include best doctoral researcher awards at Fox Business School.

Dr. Shivdasini Singh Amin

Dr. Shivdasini Singh Amin has over 24 years of experience in leadership development of executives and teams. She has over 18 years of experience and an educator in the area of management and currently is on the global team of instructors at Coaching and Leadership International Inc. She trains and mentors’ coaches for CLI Inc. She is on the advisory board of some small and medium enterprises and consults with firms in the area of management and coaching.

Prof Amin is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Mahindra University. She was an Empanelled Consultant & Coach, with firms like Lee Hecht Harrison and Dr. Reddy’s Labs. She was also previously, Vice Chairman, Indian Society of Training and Development, Allahabad.

Dr Amin is a Life and Leadership Coach. She is a Master Certified Coach & Leadership Facilitator. She works with senior and middle level executives, senior and young entrepreneurs. She conducts Management Development Programs in the area of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Development, Organizational Culture and its development, Conflict management, Power & Politics etc. She drives teams to collaborate towards enhanced performance with individual and group coaching assignments. She coaches industry leaders on Managerial Congruency, Mindset Matters, Emotional Intelligence, Trust and Power, Culture. She has coached mid and senior leaders, across different geographies and industries

She is also a Global Instructor and Mentor for all coaches training under Coaching Leadership International Inc., and has her Professional Certified Power Coach certification from CLI Inc. She also has DISC certification and is a Master Neuro Linguistic Programmer. She has her DIAMOND certification from Blair Singer Training Academy.

Dr. Shivdasini S Amin has a PhD from Jodhpur National University and an MBA from GITAM, Visakhapatnam and Bachelors in Economics from Mumbai University.

Dr. Rajkumar Phatate

Prof. Rajkumar Phatate can be described as a passionate entrepreneurship trainer, educator and a lifelong learner. He has been working in the field of entrepreneurship development from last more than 35 years at both national and international level. He has conducted large number of training programmes for potential and existing entrepreneurs enabling start-ups and growth. Considering his expertise in training, Government of India through EDII appointed him as a Technical Advisor to set up Vietnam India Entrepreneurship Development Centre (VIEDC) at Hanoi-Vietnam where he was stationed for three years. Internationally he has conducted training programmes for entrepreneurs at Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Combodia and China. With a view to gain authenticity in his teachings, Prof. Phatate experienced entrepreneurship himself by starting and running a manufacturing enterprise named Rutuja Trimmings at Pune before exiting from it after running it for 10 years in 2007. He also serves as an Advisor to “Toe-Hold Artisans Collaborative (TAC)” which is a group enterprise of Kolhapuri footwear artisans and exports its’ footwear to USA, Japan, Italy Korea etc. He is a founder member of ‘Entrepreneurs’ International’ which is an association of MSME entrepreneurs in and around Pune region. He is a mentor to good number of start-ups and early stage companies

Dr. Debopam Chakrabarti

Mr. Debopam Chakrabarti is a practice professor in the School of Management. He has more than 38 years of Industry experience and worked with multiple top business schools as visiting faculty in Supply Chain and business analytics.

Mr.Chakrabarti has previously worked with Deloitte and worked other multiple global giants on their Supply Chain and Operation transformation, and he is a well-known name in the Supply Chain Consulting area. He was also leading the Global Consulting and Advisory business to build the global strategy for the firm

He also worked with Mukand, a big name in machine building and steel, in the areas of Product Design, manufacturing, inventory and process planning and one of the pioneers of computerization in the 80’s for product design and manufacturing.

Mr.Chakrabarti is passionate about developing future leaders and worked as the guest faculty in several esteemed business schools with great recall value from the colleges. His Industry and Society focused teaching approach has received applause from the student communities, and he continues to mentor them on a regular basis.

Muneer Shaik

Dr. Muneer Shaik is an Associate Professor in Economics & Finance at Mahindra University, School of Management. He has taught courses in finance for undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. level students. He acted as a resource person for various management development programs conducted for multinational corporates like RBS, Larsen & Toubro, Murugappa Group, and AstraZeneca. His teaching interests are incorporate finance, financial time series analysis, computational finance, econometrics, financial data analytics, derivatives, and risk management.

Dr. Shaik has published his research in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals and presented at multiple conferences. Some of his research papers have won the best paper awards. He is open to collaborating and engaging in teaching, research, and consulting projects with both academia and industry.
