Dr. Deva Henry is a Systems Engineering faculty member at Mahindra University. He comes with a unique mix of international experiences from government, academia, and industry.
Dr. Deva Henry started his career as a Scientist/Engineer with the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA), Ministry of Defense, Government of India, Bangalore, working on the Air Force and Naval versions of the Indian Light Combat Aircraft – Tejas. He then moved to the US for a PhD in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he taught graduate systems engineering courses and also worked on many systems engineering projects at the Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) including the development of the Guide to the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK – www.sebokwiki.org)
Recently he was a Principal Consultant with BlueKei Solutions Pvt. Ltd working on systems engineering implementation / workforce development projects for industries in different domains, and conducting training on various systems engineering topics.
He is a member of the Systems/Systems Engineering panel of the Aeronautics Research & Development Board (ARDB), DRDO, the Global Convenor for the ISO Working Group on Systems Resilience (ISO/JTC 1/SC 7/WG 30), and an ABET Program Evaluator.
