Overview
Himanshu is the Chief Revenue Officer for the Singapore Institute of Management responsible for all customer acquisition and customer relationships across students, mid-careerists, and enterprises in Southeast Asia. He is based in Singapore
Till recently he was the Managing Director responsible for Accenture’s People & Organisation Advisory Business for ASEAN. Prior roles include founding and leading the Global Consulting CoE and the Asia Pacific Organisation Strategy team.
He has 25 years of consulting experience in the areas of Business and Human Capital Strategy. He has led several large HR Strategy and Workforce Transformation programs for clients across Public Sector, Metals & Mining and Consumer Goods sectors. He has worked in India, ASEAN, the US, Korea, and Australia designing and implementing organization, process and practice changes that deliver measurable improvements in workforce performance.
Himanshu has deep experience working with senior executive teams to execute change through vision and values alignment, designing and implementing Human Capital and Organisation Design interventions, and creating organisation and service delivery architecture.
He worked as a manufacturing engineer before obtaining his MBA from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Accenture, Himanshu worked for Mitsubishi Motors; Arthur D. Little, a strategy consulting firm; and co-founded and managed a consulting firm, specialising in strategic management and organisation development.
He is a chartered member of the International Council of Management Consultants (ICMCI) and the International Society for Training and Development (ISTD). He is associated with the Singapore Management University (SMU) as Adjunct Faculty and the Indian School of Business as Executive-in-Residence.
He is an avid yoga practitioner and meditator.
