Aditi Nidhi possesses extensive work experience spanning over seven years in various universities in India. Her professional journey includes roles at Christ (Deemed to be) University, Bangalore and ICFAI Law School Hyderabad before joining Mahindra University. Aditi’s primary area of expertise and research lies in Environmental Law and related subjects. Her passion for these subjects is evident through her numerous paper presentations at both national and international conferences. Additionally, her commitment to academia is reflected in her ongoing research and contributions to scholarly publications, which have been featured in reputable SCOPUS and UGC-Care journals.
During her tenure, Aditi actively contributed to the academic community by serving as the Coordinator of the Centre of Excellence for Environment and Forest Laws both at ICFAI Law School, IFHE Hyderabad and School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She also served as Faculty Coordinator of IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell), NAAC and Strategic Planning at School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) – in this capacity planned and conducted internal evaluations of law school’s pedagogy and programs, which led to a successful national accreditation.
She also played a vital role as a reviewer for the ILI Law Review, at Indian Law Institute (ILI) in Delhi, BMJ Open, NTUT Journal of IP and Management (Scopus) and many other SCOPUS Journals. To further enhance her knowledge and teaching skills, she actively participated in various Refresher courses and faculty development programs under the auspices of the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
Aditi’s expertise and reputation have led to her being invited as a resource person for various expert talks, Workshop, training programs, FDPs and lecture series. Moreover, her deep knowledge of the field has made her a valued judge in numerous moot court competitions and client counseling competitions, including the International Environmental Law Moot North India rounds organized by Surana & Surana, the Dr. M.S. Ramaiah College of Law National Tort Law Moot Court Competition & Judgement Writing Competition, and the Dr. M. V. V. S. Murthi 3rd National Virtual Moot Court Competition organized by GITAM Moot and Advocacy Committee (GMAC).
