Ms. Raneeta Pal has more than five years of academic experience teaching law. She has worked with renowned institutions like Manipal University, Jaipur and ICFAI University, IFHE Hyderabad.

Ms. Pal has published widely in both national and international journals, contributing to research on contemporary issues in Cyber Laws, Data Protection, Environmental Law, and Intellectual Property Rights. She has also presented papers at several national and international conferences. She has introduced and successfully conducted a value-added course on ‘Introduction to Conflict Management‘ at Manipal University Jaipur, focusing on practical skills in conflict resolution. She successfully organized an international conference on ‘AI-empowered Judicial System: A Transformative Legal Architecture Combating Operational Challenges’ at ICFAI Law School, IFHE Hyderabad.

In addition to her academic contributions, she has authored the book Crime and Criminality in India, which reflects her deep interest in understanding the complexities of criminal behavior and justice. She is UGC NET qualified and is pursuing her PhD in technology, law, and data privacy.

Ms. Pal is also a council member of the WICCI Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, where she advocates for safer work environments. She has also been invited as a resource person and Moot Court judge at various esteemed institutions, guiding and mentoring law students through practical aspects of legal studies. Additionally, she is appointed as Local Project Coordinator of Women and Crime Network of Center for Criminology and Public Policy, associated with the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs and Registered with Niti Aayog.
