Dr. Sayantan Hazra is presently working as an Associate Professor at École Centrale School of Engineering, Mahindra University, Hyderabad.
His research interests are mainly in several areas of wireless communication systems including resource-optimized interleaving-coding-modulation schemes in multimedia broadcasting standards (DVB-NGH, DVB-SH, ATSC 3.0) with 4G and 5G class signals; wireless channel modelling and signal processing in multi-carrier communication systems like 4G and 5G cellular systems. He is also involved in cross-domain research like cost-effective, and reliable Communication networks for Smart Grid Framework.
Dr. Hazra is a member of IEEE and IEEE Communications Society.
