ICPEEV 2025

About Conference

The third International Conference on Cyber physical Systems, power electronics and Electric Vehicles- ICPEEV 2025 will be held at Mahindra University, Hyderabad, India, from Sep 25, 26 & 27-2025. The objective of this conference is to provide a platform and opportunities for researchers, scientists, scholars and engineers to exchange their research experiences and share new ideas to promote their research progress in the field of IoT, Cyber Physical Systems, power electronics, Electric Vehicles and Vehicle Engineering with the discussion on practical issues, challenges encountered as well as solutions adopted.

The conference will consist of keynote lectures by invited experts and technical paper presentations by practitioners. We invite submission of papers from all areas of power electronics and Power Systems Engineering, Electric vehicles and Battery charging and Computational Intelligence, both emerging topics which form the theme of the conference as well as more established areas, presenting developments in algorithms as well as applications.

Modified and Improved Version of the Conference Paper

Authors can submit extended version of their conference papers to the “IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Industrial Electronics”. Manuscripts in conference category must cite the conference paper in the reference. Papers must be within the scope of IES and in emerging areas only as listed in the JESTIE website. Authors may submit modified and improved versions of the conference paper. Similarity-index should be below 50% considering all related publications including the “conference paper”. Maximum page length at the time of submission to be 10 pages (including photo and bio of the authors if authors prefer to add the same).

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IExplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Instructions for Article Submission and eCF
Note:

  • Please ensure that your paper Title is correct and that the author(s) name and affiliations are correctly recorded in CMT system before completing the IEEE electronic copyright form. You will not be able to edit the form once it is submitted.
  • For Camera-ready submission, no change in the title of the paper and authors are allowed.

Step 1: Paper Preparation

  • Log in to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICPEEV2025 to view the reviewer comments, if any, and address all the concerns/comments of the reviewers in the final submission. If there are no comments, then it seems that your paper is accepted by reviewers as it is without need for any revisions.
  • The authors will have to submit a camera-ready version as per the guidelines given on the conference website on or before 30th August 2025. Please make sure about the plagiarism of your manuscript (below 20% similarity), using standard plagiarism checking software (e.g Turnitin), before submitting the camera-ready paper from your end to confirm the inclusion of the paper in IEEE Xplore. If Plagiarism is more than 20%, then your paper will not be included in the conference.
  • The authors are urged to ensure that the camera-ready submission strictly follows the IEEE Template given on the conference website https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. No author biography is required at the end.
  • The number of pages in the Final Camera-Ready Paper must be within Six Pages. We can accept two more pages up to eight with an extra payment of 25 USD per page. The camera-ready papers that do not meet these requirements will not be submitted for further consideration to IEEE Xplore.
  • A separate file for the response to reviewer comments needs to be uploaded in Microsoft CMT.
  • Naming of files –
For example if Paper ID is 1, then rename it like
    Camera-ready paper: ICPEEV25_001 Reviewer Response: Review Response_001

Step 2: IEEE Copyright Notice

The final manuscript should have the copyright clearance code notice at the bottom of the first page. Kindly refer to the latex/word template provided here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html and replace the dummy code on the first page bottom with this code:

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-8606-5/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown

For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-8606-5/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union

For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-8606-5/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE

Note: The authors who have already submitted Camera Ready Papers without the above copyright notice or without formatting the Camera-Ready Paper through pdf-express are requested to resubmit the Camera-Ready Papers in IEEE pdf-express compliant format with an appropriate footnote.

Step 3: PDF eXpress check

After you have appropriately revised your paper, pass your revised paper through PDF eXpress using conference ID (67897X) by going to the URL (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/). If you do not have an account in Pdf eXpress, click on the link “New Users – Click here” and fill in your information (email address and password).
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
First-time users should do the following:
Select the New Users – Click Here link.

  1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
  • 67897X for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password
  1. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step 4: Camera-ready Paper Submission
Submit the final version of the paper (after passing it through PDF express check) through the author console in CMT (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICPEEV2025). Please note that authors are expected to retain the title of the original paper in the final paper. Also, the author list in the original paper cannot be changed in the final manuscript.

Step 5: Submission of the copyright form

Procedure for IEEE Copyright Form eCF submission:

To enable your paper to appear in IEEE eXplorer, it is mandatory to transfer the Copyright to IEEE. The corresponding/submitting author of each paper has to transfer to IEEE eCF. The steps to transfer the Copyright to IEEE are also given below:

  • Login to your https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICPEEV2025 and Click on the IEEE copyright link. You will be redirected to the IEEE Copyright Form Submission page.
  • Click on “Click here to redirect to the IEEE copyright website” to transfer eCF and you will be redirected to the IEEE copyright portal.
  • Follow the steps (Step 1 to Step 5) and instructions provided to complete the IEEE Copyright Transfer process.
  • At the end of Step 5, download the completed Copyright Form and save it as .pdf (Make sure to download a copy of the completed form.)
  • Login to your https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICPEEV2025 and upload this pdf file of the Copyright Transfer Form

It completes the Copyright Transfer of your paper to IEEE. Please note that a separate copyright transfer is required for each paper.

Step 6: Conference registration
