Mohid comes with a diverse experience of industries and geographies across several roles. Starting as an IT associate in India, he has moved on to work across all functions of HR in India and in the Middle-East, across the IT, Retail, and Consumer industries. Mohid has also lead business development and franchise initiatives for top retailers in the Middle-East. Currently, he is based in Dubai leading Business Development for an AI based recruitment platform. Mohid is also a doctoral student at ISB, with research interest in HR strategies in the context of digitization. When free, Mohid loves riding and trekking across the Himalayas, and reading medieval history.
